【Description】 TiaMax 45 is a water-soluble premix containing 450g Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate per kg, to be used in drinking water.
【Pharmacological Action】
Tiamulin is a diterpene antimicrobial with a Pleuromutilin chemical structure. It is highly active against gram-positive bacteria such as streptococci, staphylococci and against mycoplasmas and serpulina (Treponema) hyodysenteriae. The biochemical basis for the antibacterial action is inhibition of protein synthesis.
